		<description>Thanks, Naomi! Stress at work or home can definitely make keeping up with healthy habits more difficult... especially if they&#039;re not &lt;i&gt;really&lt;/i&gt; habits yet. Set a goal and then make a plan to get there and I think you&#039;ll find yourself more committed to your workouts :)</description>
