Glad you've found your niche with a schedule. I'm the same way. There's just something about structure. It just seems way more quantifiable than flying by the seat of your pants! I'm jelly of your ability to workout in the morning and have more energy during the day. I am the total opposite. Working out in the morning totally drained me the few times I've tried it. I'm a zombie at my desk and can't find motivation to work the mouse. ;) The weekends are different. I LOVE working out in the mornings. Strange.

I've heard a lot of people say they don't want to exercise because it will make them tired or that it will only aggravate their aches and pains. How wrong they are. Keep spreading the good word!!!

Kimberly, I have found that if I can just get started on a routine, it quickly becomes just a part of my day-to-day tasks. However, getting started is hard, sometimes really hard. That is part of why I advise those I know who are trying to get started to push through the uncomfortableness, knowing that it will get better pretty quick.
