Don&#039;t get down on yourself, just make sure the choices you are presently making are good ones!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Running five miles is great!  That sounds like a lot to me.  And a good thing.  :)</description>

		<description>Not only is traveling hard, but this is a rough time of the year on us &quot;dieters&quot;...I had a rough weekend too, in parts (just posted about it!) but am looking towards tomorrow as a new day. That&#039;s all we can do.&lt;br&gt;Well, that and look at how we are not when we are &quot;bad&quot; compared to how we would have been back before we changed, right? Even at my worst now I&#039;m ten times better than I was before!</description>

		<description>First of all, it is quite an accomplishment that you ran five miles.  I know I have already congratulated you on this, but I am now doing it again.  It seems that all too often we tend to let our guard down when we reach a new milestone.  This is part of the reason I think people gain weight after they reach their goal.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As you already know, there is nothing, nothing at all, you can do about last week.  You can make this upcoming week the best week you can make it though.  I wish you the best with it.  You can do it.  Look at what you have done so far, there is no reason at all you cannot hit the ball out of the park this week (that softball metaphor is just for you ;-) )&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Make it a great week Kimberly, an absolutely outstanding week!</description>

		<description>It is so hard to stay on track when traveling. I am feeling the same way about being down 60 pounds, have been here for two months. I think your goals look really good for next week.
