I almost killed a man with a mango once. He was at our house to study and I cut up a bunch of fruit for snacking, not knowing he had an allergy--it was definitely nothing to sneeze at (pardon the pun...his allergy does not lead to anything nearly as docile as sneezing though) but luckily he was trained in identifying mangoes and was spared. So I'm glad you're taking it seriously, although I understand the sadness...maybe you'll discover another equally delicious fruit. Papaya, anyone?

Like Sagan, I had no idea! That is really odd. But, at least you have plenty of other choices.

I am not going to join you on the 200 sit up challenge. I have decided to use planks instead. Good luck with it though!

I had no idea that mangoes and cashews are part of that family! Aww that's so sad. Lots of other fruit to choose from, though :)

I adore the 200 sit up challenge. And the 100 push up challenge. And the 200 squat challenge. I've done them all and they are TOUGH. Especially the push ups. It took me closer to 12 weeks than 6 to do the push ups but it was completely worth it.
