Pizza and wings and fries and chinese food etc etc etc. And of course, leftover pie. There was also quite a bit of wine, which certainly doesn&#8217;t help matters, in more ways than one. 		<description>Great post. I also think that not many people realize that alcohol is pure sugar--most alcoholics are hypoglygemic by the way. So when trying to diet and regulate your own blood sugar, alcohol sure doesn&#039;t help. Thanks for the reminder, the great info, and the interesting blog!
